All products are stocked in and shipped from the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (except weekends and holidays). Once a product leaves the warehouse, we will forward you the tracking information so that you know exactly when your order will arrive (typically delivered within 6-10 days).
Exchanges and Returns

All return/exchange requests should be directed to us within 72 hours of delivery. The following applies to all products except certain specialty items that are labeled as such in the product description.
You may return or exchange products in their original packaging within 30 days of original order date. Of course, personalized items may only be returned or exchanged if the items are defective in materials or workmanship. Again, please notify us of defective merchandise within 72 hours of receipt of product. Defective items will be replaced immediately based on availability. If a credit is preferred, credit will be made back to your original method of payment.
